1.principle of work

WS series airflow sieving machine abandons the working principle of gravity potential energy , and adopts such working principle which the air is a carrier and the kinetic energy does words .

After mixing the materials and air through the negative pressure airflow , and put them into the vane of the sieve motor , impose the leaf , and then spray out of the net to the bucket-type sieve mesh , finally collect them through the volute .

The over-diameter materials couldn’t pass the net , discharge them from the exit automatically , reach the purpose of fast sieving .

2.Description :

Through the sieving use of materials to 120—180 meshes light calcium , 300 meshes haw powder , 320-500 meshes zinc powder , 500 meshes black iron oxide , red iron oxide , 120—160 meshes Chinese medicine powder , 180-270 meshes quartz powder . The output per hour is about 1 metric ton in the sieve mesh area of one square meter ., and the sieving efficiency we measured is more than 95% , the dust content in the air is lower than 10 mg / m3/.
